The 11 Question Interview: No. 2 Pencil Man

1. If you were on that proverbial desert island, which one film, one book, and one piece of music would you want to have with you?
If I found myself on a proverbial desert island I would need to have a copy of StarWars Episode 3 just because I really like it. For my book I would want some kind of survival guide to make sure I didn't die, I can't enjoy my movie if I die. For my one piece of music I would want the song You're the Best Around by Joe Esposito. That way I can have an epic montage song to survive to, and feel good about myself too!
2. If you could be any inanimate object, what would it be?
Well... I think this one goes without saying. I'm kind of into pencils.
3. If you could choose any two cartoon characters to be your pretend parents, who would they be?
Beast Boy and Raven. I feel like they are a classic cartoon couple, and would make an interesting set of pretend parents. We'd be one big weird super family so it works.
4. If you could choose one song that would play every time you walked into a room, what song would you choose?
You're the Best Around by Joe Esposito, it's just a good hype song!
5. No one ever asks this once you grow up, but here it goes. What is your favourite dinosaur?
Oh! Thanks for asking! My favorite dinosaur is a Pachycephalosaurus.
6. If you could choose one fictional character to have dinner with, who would that one person be, and why?
Yoda my answer is. Many wisdoms to be learned. Tasty food maybe not. Interesting it would be!
7. What is your guilty pleasure movie and/or TV show?
I'm a sucker for romance movies and shows. Romance animes are probably my favorite guilty pleasure to watch.
8. If you were told you had to have a spirit animal, even if you didn’t really want one, what animal would that be, and why?
I've been told by many throughout my life that I was like a turtle. I can move slowly but I enjoy relaxing and moving at my own pace. I also like to live in the present and I feel that is represented well by how the turtle constantly carries its shell. It has everything it needs already and in turn can just keep moving and being its turtly self.
9. If you could go back and tell your 12 year old self something, what would it be?
Don't give up on your dreams and love yourself for who you are. No one else can love you better than you can love yourself. Keep moving forward, and you will become everything you ever wanted to be and more!
10. Who was your first celebrity crush?
Felecia Day.
11. What was the best present you ever received?
One year for christmas when I was little my parents got me the old school Imaginext castle playsets and had them built in front of the tree on christmas morning. I think I was 4 or 5 at the time, but I thought it was the coolest thing ever. They had like a mini knight war built in front of the tree. It was epic! The first wave of Imaginext toys were so much better than what they have in stores today.

Hi my name is Tanner Geesey but I am also known as No.2 Pencil Man. I am a creative storyteller who specializes in comic books and creative skits and videos on YouTube. I own a business called Tanner's Tales Entertainment, LLC where you can find all of my creative projects. I have been a storyteller for as long as I can remember. I dabbled in art since I was little and always enjoyed expressing my creativity through different mediums. As I grew up and became an adult I lost my creative spark for several years, and after reaching a low point, I rediscovered my passions and decided to pursue art and storytelling again. The result was my YouTube channel Tanner's Tales Entertainment, and from that came No.2 Pencil Man, and many other fun projects. Now I go around promoting my business dressed as a giant pencil superhero. But hey, people love it, and so do I! I hope I can inspire and encourage creativity in future generations and help bring smiles to people's faces through my fun stories!
